Welcome to Seven6

In our 1st blog, I wanted to take some time to tell you about Seven6 Realty. I am Jessica Rychlik the visionary and founder of Seven6 Realty. After more than a decade in the real estate industry, working for other people, I had the dream to take my knowledge of home sales, design, and construction and make it my own; to put my own stamp on it. It has been such a thrill ride to see my team (the ‘Sevies”) and my vision come together this past year. I’ve joined forces with other passionate women who are energetic and driven to succeed. They come from various backgrounds which make it so exciting to experience. Our goal at Seven6 is to be able to connect with you as a client on a whole other level. We strive to not only be knowledgeable about the homes you are looking for, but the neighborhoods, communities, and schools you will be interacting with. We are mothers, single mothers, sisters, wives, friends, entrepreneurs, leaders, and volunteers.

To start off, I would like to brag on one of our properties- 215 Adrian, Fort Worth. This beautiful townhome is our baby of sorts. She is an original, contemporary design in the middle of the up and coming Linwood neighboorhood. She is walking distance from The Foundry District, West 7th, the museum district and a short bike ride to the Stock Show/ Will Rogers complex.
